Sun Settings Won't Change

Problem: I keep changing my sun brightness and/or color, but nothing seems to happen on set. What's up?

Either the sun is positioned at or below the horizon (I.e. it’s night!), or you’ve selected a sun color that’s so dark its light is not visible even at supernova levels...or some combination of the two.
