HELP! I'm trying to install the program, but it says "the disk image couldn't be opened. The Disk image is corrupted."

We've seen this before, and usually if you just try the download again using a different web browser, it will work. If that doesn't solve the problem, please send us more details about the link you're downloading, which browsers you tried, and which OS version you're using.
