Selecting an actor's joint explicity when posing

If you're having difficulty selecting a specific joint on an actor while posing, simply look to the left of the screen and you'll see an image of the actor with dots on each joint (as shown in the image below).  Just click the dot of the one you want, and the control wheels will automatically move to that joint and you can then go back to manipulating the joint wheels.
