When I try to install FrameForge, I get a message saying that I am out of installation credits

Problem: When I try to install FrameForge, I get a message saying that I am out of installation credits

Discussion:  If you are running the Academic Version of FrameForge then you are only licensed to install it on a single machine, and if you need to put it on another machine, then you need to first Uninstall it from the one it is already on. 

If you are running the Full Version of FrameForge then you are licensed to install it on up to 3 machines for your personal use only.  If you need to install it on more than three computers, you need to contact our sales department to purchase additional installation credits.

If you have lost credits due to a hard disk crash or another natural disaster, you can either call us at 1-877-322-7733 (internationally 858-270-7204) or email our support staff with your name and serial number and the reason you need a credit and we will be able to update your installation credits.
