How to move an object using the multi-throttle tool?

Question: How to move an object using the multi-throttle tool? 

Answer: 

1. Select the desired objects.
2. For incremental adjustments, click the direction arrows.  Ctrl/command-click for smaller increments.
3. For greater adjustments, click and hold a direction arrow until the move object control throttle appears.  Drag the button to implement the movement; the farther you drag the button from the center, the greater the effect.
