Question:  How to delete a pose?

Answer:

1. Select the object in the Live View that has the pose you want to delete.
2. Click the 'Poses' menu, and then select 'Delete Pose'.
3. Select the desired pose you want to be deleted.
4. Click the [Yes] button to permanently delete the pose.
