Answer:

1. Click the Expression Builder tab.
2. Here you'll find a long list consisting of expressions, facial modifiers, and phonemes, each with a slider bar next to it.  To create a unique expression, combine various intensities of multiple morphs, such as 20% angry and 30% surprised with eyebrows fully lowered.
