Answer:

1. With the green room 's [Rotate & Manipulate] button pressed, place the mouse pointer over one of the disks on a jack axis.  The cursor will become a mini-jack with red arrows encircling it when you're on top of it.
2. Click and drag the disk to rotate the jack; stop when it reaches the desired alignment with the actor.  Repeat with other disks as needed.
