My Hard Disk Crashed and I lost an Installation Credit!

Problem: My computer crashed and I lost everything!  I wasn't able to uninstall FrameForge before it crashed. Now when I try to re-activate it, I get a message that states its been activated 3 times already and I need to uninstall it from one of my other PCs. How do I get the computer that crashed (which was one of my 3 installs originally) to work again? Please Help!!!!!

Solution: Contact Tech Support at 858-270-7204 or email them at support@frameforge.com with your name and  Serial number and an explanation of what happened and they can return the lost credit to your account.
